heres a couple of solutions ive been told work, though
they have yet to work for me...
a)try unplugging the connectors (with the computer off
and unplugged) and then replugging them in
b)uninstall the device and then reinstall it with the
hardware wizard.
like i said, these are "supposed" to work, but havent
worked for me. Hopefully someone else has a better answer.
