Mine stopped working and I am not sure why. I have windows Vista, I
uninstalled the Microsoft Office preview that come with this computer and I
am pretty sure that is the only software change there has been. When I go to
Device manager I get; Windows cannot load the device driver for this
hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) If I try to
update the driver I get; The best driver is already installed for your
device. I have already tried going back to the earliest restore point I could
and still nothing. Any help??
