My MITSUMI CR-48xate driver does not show up in my computer. It has a code 19 when i look at it in te device manager. Also my LITEON DVD-ROM LTD163 does not show up in my computer. This driver also has the same error. I have tried uninstalling it then scanning for hardware changes but te same errrors are shown. Please help me.

See the second "problem" (read the caveats)
Run the provided registry patch

That should fix your problem (basically, a filter driver is missing or
non-operational, the registry patch will delete the filter drivers
references for your cdrom(s))

thanks that helped me solve my problem it was very easy to
do with the step by step instructions they gave on that
