Recently discovered my D: and E: drives are not responsive. One disks
ask to "Place disk in drive D" and one other situation is that the
drive acts like it accepts the CD, but when you click on the drive to
see the contents, nothing can be seen. On either drive when the CD is
first inserted the drives spin up, whirls for a bit, then spins down
and nothing. Tried a restore point, prior to my last software install
and nothing.
Please help!!! teenage son is desperate to get online gaming and need
drives to set up Linksys wireless router and ethernet bridge drivers.
