Both of my CD & DVD drives are not seen by my operating system (XP SP2). The
error message I get from the device manager is :Windows successfully loaded
the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device.
(Code 41). Knowledge base does not show a code 41.This happened sometime
back as well and I was able to restore from a file one of the MVP's sent.
Nothing seems to work this time. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks,
