Hello there,
I bought me an Asus F3J series with Windows Vista installled on it. I use to
have XP and very much happy with it.
I have a problem now with My DVD Super Multi Drive, As when I i try to
install from it either it stops during the installation, or just stop
responding when I try to re-insall again from the same CD.
I am trying to install FFXI , it is a 7 CD game .. It didn't go throw the 3
CDs first then after a couple of times trying.. i got it to the 3rd CD .. and
stopped totaly at 4th.... I tried the same CDs on other PC working fine. I
tried my friends CDs also it stops. Cleand the lens and did everything with
the driver .. still not working.

Not sure what is the problem with my DvD drive setting, tried the devcon
solution but apperantlly its not applicable in my case as its not an upgrade
from XP. So no filters found.
Please help .. Am really getting furstrated with vista. (sry for poor english)
