It's simple: Anyone can use this program, quickly and easily - from the pc
novice, to the busy Network Administrator! With the ability to burn backups
to
CD & DVD or backup to tape, send backups to an FTP server or (network) file
(server) on the fly, a few clicks will give you peace of mind without any
hassle.

It's safe: Why would you want a zip compatible backup program? Anyone with a
ZIP compatible reader could get to your data. Where is the security in that?

Simply Safe Backup offers data encryption, compression AND the ability to
burn backups to CD & DVD, or write to tape on the fly! The FREE downloadable

version is fully functional and ready to go. The affordable Personal,
Professional and Corporate versions offer even greater power and
flexibility. The
corporate version even runs on a domain controller.

It's powerful: Back up to a file, a file server, a tape, FTP server, CD or
DVD; Split Data Files, Locate-Compare-Verify tools, Perform Smart Backup,
Perform Unattended Backups, 1-Click Windows NT Service-Start-Stop, Backup &
Restore Wizards, and much MORE! With the MySQL backup agent, you can backup
any number of MySQL servers and databases with your backup job (unattended).
The Archive to Offline Storage feature will allow you to migrate files
permanently to the backup so old files won't rot on your hard drive. You can
maintain backup jobs with Backup Inventory, and keep up to date with
automated updates.

Finally, it's affordable. Not everyone can spend $1,000.00US on backup
software, not everyone is a giant corporation. Yet, everyone deserves
powerful,
flexible, user friendly backups. Visit www.simplysafebackup.com to read
testimonials, a full feature list, download a free version, or purchase your
own
copy today.

"SIMPLY SAFE BACKUP FREE/HOME EDITION: Back up to DVD or CD-ROM. This
version is designed for home/personal use, and to give users a test-drive of
Simply Safe’s capabilities. This version allows only the minimal
(40-bit/64-bit) encryption and compression level options, and is limited to
40,000 files in a single backup volume."

Trialware? Liteware?

Can't remember if the consensus was that Liteware was valid Freeware or not.
I know Trialware is not.

40,000 files might be enough for some people but not me. And minimum
compression levels puts it in the category of crippleware, I'd say.
Others MMMV.
