I started to install Roxio Platinum 5 and got the message
during installation that Windows thought the drivers
would de-stablilize the Windows platform; I hit the
continue button and wound up with both drives inop. The
message I now get from Windows is: "Windows successfully
loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot
find the hardware device. (Code 41)". I uninstalled the
Roxio program and have used the Device Manager to
uninstall and install the drives, but I still get the
yellow exclamation point by the drives with the above
message. Please Help! Tom
