CD Drives Registry Problems

Recently I was infected by a virus and it changed a file
in the registry of my computer. It has made my Cd drives
unable to operate.
http://www.alsc10437.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/error/ - that
is what happens when I try to reinstall it (the error
report is on there and the troubleshooting doesn't fix
it.
