I have 2 partitioned HDD's so my HDD letters are as
follows: C:, D:, E:, F: - however XP keeps showing my CDR
drive letter as I:???
Any ideas - while this is not an Major Problem it is
extremely frustrating and I would like to know how to fix
this.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can use the Disk Management snap-in to change the drive letter.

Press WinKey+R, enter "diskmgmt.msc" and change the drive letter to
another unused one other than A or B.

Right click My Computer, click Manage, under the Storage folder you'll find
Disk Management. Find your cd and right click and choose change drive
letter.
