Hello. Hope someone can answer my question

Recorded something two weeks ago so this problem is recent

i have a Vaio PCV-RX55

my dvd-cd audio, the one up top, works fine. Opens and plays cd's. 2nd one, used to record, does not open at all. I looked in properties and do not see it listed at all

What is wrong and what can I do to repair it. Thank you in advance.
