When I put a CD in the drive, the light flashes and it sounds like it i
trying tor ead the CD, but nothing happens. If I try to play it i
Windows Media Player, nothing happens, the computer doesn't recogniz
that a CD is there.
What can I do? Thanks

Any CD? If yes, then swap out the drive for a known-working one and see
if that fixes the issue. If it does, discard the original drive.
