CD Drive not installed...

I had my CD Drive installed just yesterday and then I tiyed to open up my
Media player and it wouldn't open. I tried everything and then I decided to
un-install pretty much everything(besides the essentials) and when I turned
my computer back on there was no CD Drive recognized! If anyone has had this
problem or knows how to fix it, please let me know!
