I found from KB article 315350 that Roxio Easy Creator can be a cause.
I recently deleated Easy Creator 6. I have since reset the drive keys in the
registry and checked the "Enable CD recording" in the drive
properties/recording tab.
After this I can copy to the CD but the next time I boot up, the check in
the "Enable recording ..." bux is gone! The registry stays OK.
Is there something in the Easy Creator delete that didn't go away?
