My cd drive quit again. It went bad the 1st week I had
this machine and company sent a new one. I installed it,
but didn't really use it after testing. Ran the
diagnostic disk and it showed an error on cd. Windows
sees it and says there are no problems. When I ran the
diagnostics, the machine stopped after the cd error. I
was expecting some kind of message or suggestion as to the
problem. I ran the test 3 times with the same results.
Also, Tech-in-a-box doesn't show backup and restore
buttons as described in manual. Guess it's time to call
the manufacturer.
