Since some days, my floppy and my CD drive are not
recognising CD and floppy disks except music CD which run
normally. It seems a program named "program.exe" is
missing. What to do ? I think it camed when I updated
Norton ANtivirus.

I had the same problems when I installed Norton AV 2004. When I uninstalled
NAV the problem went away. You might look at Norton's web site, they may
have a fix now. They didn't have any fix last month so I returned mine for a
refund.
