When I start my computer and try to use the cd drive, it
will not read a CD unless I open and close the tray a
second time. Thereafter the CD drive works fine. When I
put the CD in the tray the first time the green light at
the CD does not come on, but it does after I open and
close the tray a second time. Is this a hardware or setup
problem?
