XP CD burning does not directly support CD copying.
Here is a suggestion to speed up CD and CD-RW copying in general.
If the two drives are ATAPI/IDE, then separate the two drives and do not
place them on the same IDE cable. ATAPI/IDE ports can not handle
reads/writes at the same time on the same cable.
