problem,but I dont understand how to change the registry
to fix my problem as previously stated. I wanted to go
the simply route and re-install xp but from the boot
floppy disk it says i cant install from a dos prompt?? how
then am I to re-install XP ???Windows
cannot start this hardware device because its
configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete
or damaged. (Code 19) Was ready to format XP but can't
even do that from the dos prompt, I tried uninstalling and
re-installing the puter insatlled them but when you try a
cd in either of them you get this error. please help.
