CD cant be read

my cd wont some up it tells me that its corrupted or not
the correct formant. Ive tried several CD. What do i need
to do to correct the sitution.

Check the Indexing Service to make sure it is started, I
had the same problem and found that the Indexing Service
was set for manual start. i changed it to automatic and
that seems to have made the difference.
