CD Burning Rights - Win 2K & XP

      27th Aug 2003
Under NT a standard user can use the CD Burner, under Win2K & XP you need to
be Admin.
Anyone know how to get around this??

I know NERO has a fix for this at their site.

      28th Aug 2003
Run regedt32.exe in W2k (regedit in Xp) and set appropriate permissions on
burning software keys.
