CD Burner/Virtual drive

1. I installed CloneCD with Virtual clone drives but Virtual drives are not
shown in myComputer in Win Vista
2. Nero 7 doesn't burn anything(CD/DVD) in Win Vista
3.The images in *.chm files (ex. windows help & support) are not shown. The
famous small red X is shown instead.
4. how can i find if my windows vista is Beta version or not?
