running w2k pro nt; recently added sp4. for two years my
external usb cd burner has worked great. now the
program "generates errors" and closes down after just a
minute of writing. i did just install a lexmark
printer/scanner to use the usb port, too. also downloaded
a trial upgrade to the nti cdmaker program. don't know
what new configuration has bogged it down, or if the
external drive is just old. drwatson log cites "exception
c0000094 (divide by zero)" in the error line. what does
this mean? have tried re-installing, updating drivers,
unplugging devices, etc. please help!
