Hi
I have a Samsung CD DVD/CD-R/RW drive in my system and it
has disappeared from my computer and doesn't work at all
in XP. It shows up fine in System configuration, and all
drivers are O.K. I removed this drive and installed a
normal CD drive, and XP doesn't see this one either in My
Computer. I booted to a 98 boot disk and I have no
problem accessing the drive or burning disks. I did some
updates over Microsoft, and I am not sure if one of the
updates caused this problem. I can't access any CD
drives. Any ideas for a fix?
