Just recently my cd burner and dvd burner stop working. I do not know what happen. I suppect my 7 yr old daughter had something to do with it. But what I dont know. Everything I've tried do not work. Can I get some help????

I had this happen to me also. What evidently happened was that I deleted the files when I ran a spyware/adware program to check for spyware. Subsequently, I deleted the files that I thought were spyware and they were actually needed in order to work my cd/dvd burner. You can go to system restore and restore the computer back to a time before you or your daughter may have accidently deleted the needed files. Maybe this will work.
