Click on 'Start' go to 'Run' and type: regedit
Click 'Ok'

Go to: KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cdrom\Autorun
Set value of AUTORUN from 1 to 0

Of course all the normal disclaimer stuff when messing with the registry.

Try this patch, automates the registry steps:

Usage: Double-click the file and answer and YES when prompted.
