I have rules that assign certain messages to a category. In Outlook
2003, I had a rule that CCd someone else when I replied. The same
rule does not work in 2007:

Apply this rule after I send the message
assigned to the support category
Cc the mesaage to username

Any ideas?

Thanks,

-CJ

Categories are removed from messages when sent - so there is no category to
look for. Is there a keyword in the message you can look for?

Thanks,

I do include the headers in the reply and they have "To: Support" so
I'll try that.

Thanks,
