How do I flag an outgoing email so that the recipient knows they have been
CC'd for this message?

Their name appears in the CC line when they receive the e-mail. It is
already "flagged".

Thanks Bob,
But I guess I wasn't clear on this one. I received an email and in the body
of the email was the phrase "You've been CC'd". I know that the flag appears
in the header of the email whether it was a cc or not. Just wondering if
anyone knew of a way to get the cc message to appear in the body of the email
for theperson(s) being cc'd.

Ask the person who sent it what e-mail client they are using?
