CC Addressees in in-coming messages not being displayed

I am receiving emails from ouotside my company containing both from and CC
adresses. CC addresses from my company domain show in the CC box, but the
other CC adresses do not ( I have checked with out sys admin and he can see
all the adresses on the server, but I cannot see portions of the CC adressees
in my Outlook account). HELP
