Try and save a smaller version of the file.
What you need to do is to try and isolate where the error is occurring.
To give to a simple example.
Let us assume that you spreadsheet covers only cells A 1 to E 6 inclusive.
Copy of smaller subset of that data (say cells A 1 to C3) off to another
Workbook and then save that. Does the smaller subset save OK? If it does the
problem is probably not in that data.
This could be a slow and laborious process, I admit, but you should
(eventually!) be able to isolate the offending cell(s).
