Computer perodically show black screen and reboot. I disabled a"Atomatically
reboot on error option" and what I can see it show on blue screen there was
*** STOP: (0x0000008E, 0xC0000005, 0x804E770C, 0xB0AA0734, 0x00000000)

Also, PS periodically hangs up, stop responding completely, only way is to
reboot it. There was system error I find in eventvwr:

0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

"... sometimes means a driver issue"

http://replay.waybackmachine.org/200.../ms794023.aspx

It helps, if there is a driver file name.

If it was something with "nv" in it, it could be an Nvidia display driver.

The driver operates at the kernel level, so it can have
direct access to hardware.

A failing PSU = Power Supply Unit is a common cause
of spontaneous reboots.

Reinstallation to a clean hard drive takes less than
an hour and may be the fastest cure.

0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn't catch.
These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a
driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).
a.. "STOP 0x0000008e" Error Message During Windows XP Setup {KB 315335} Win XP
b.. Games: "Stop" Error Message That References Nv4_disp.dll {KB 325730} Flight
Simulator, other games (wth Nvidia-based video adapter)
c.. Your Computer Stops Responding When You Use the Highlighter Feature & the Font
Color Feature {KB 829578} Win XP

----------

hardware compatibility issues: as I didn't installed new hardware,no video
games, so it can be a driver issue (there is Print error in log, canno
print anymore), also now PC wont turn on at all, but when press power on,
although cpu fan working, but monitor stay black screen, windows not loads
at all, no even bip. Possibly motherboard broken. Will replace Mobo, should
windows loads, at least? if not, how i fix driver issue? How to catch and
fix driver issue?
