CAUSE A COMPLETE MEMORY DUMP TO A THUMB DRIVE OR OTHER LOGICAL VOLUME

Is there a way to create a BAT file to cause a complete memory dump to
a USB drive or a logical volume other than the operating system volume.

you could try to write a program that collects any file that has been dumped
then move it to the drive, or you could write a program to debug any program
from where the dump starts.
