The links at the beginning of the TOC page say "Dear Edie". These htm files
are set to a workgroup "Dear Edie".
Yet; they appear under the Workgroup "Stories".

How can I repair this problem?

Then after the link "Special Events" the titles start showing the page
paths instead of titles.
Why is this?

Because you have the pages assigned to both categories
For example
http://www.salsafreak.com/edie/edie1.htm
has both categories assigned
<mso:Categories msdt:dt="string">Stories;Dear Edie</mso:Categories>

I suspected that but I have been setting the pages in bulk instead of one by
one.

Why would the paths show up instead of the title?

Another odd thing is there are links to pages such as stories6/virtual.htm
Now what I don't get is that there is no folder /stories6 or /stories2 but
they appear in the table of contents.

And the links are dead also.
Why are these links on this page?
