My problem applies to Shared Mailboxes. I applied the Hotfix, and it did make
it so that the Quick Click persists through a restart of Outlook, but now
there is another problem when sharing a mailbox. If I choose a quick click
option that becomes the quick click option for all users of the shared
mailbox.
Does anyone know of a way to have the setting retained per user verses
globally for the entire shared mailbox?
We migrated users from public folder to shared mailboxes and found this to
be the only negative. On public folder each users quick click is retained and
persistant.
