Very few individuals can understand that data, one would be a IT pro.
Try opening event-viewer,get some simple knowlege of whats going on
with the OS/pc,click on the url enclosed, this opens kb help/support,usually
with a fix,or more available options.

Background information on Stop Error message:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms793664.aspx

0x00000012: TRAP_CAUSE_UNKNOWN
By its very nature, this error means that the cause of the identified
problem is unknown. Start with the General Troubleshooting of STOP
Messages checklist above (see link below). Especially try to track it
down by noting the history of the problem, when it appeared, and what
changes were made to the system since the problem first appeared, as
well as noting what activity you are attempting at the time the error
message appears.
Source: http://aumha.org/a/stop.htm

Has the error occurred more than once? Does the error occur during or
after completion of the boot process? Does the error occur in safe mode?

Have a look in the System and Application logs in Event Viewer for
Errors and Warnings and post copies here. Don't post any more than 48
hours ago.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.
