How do I categorize someone else's (my boss's) e-mails acting as a delegate?
My boss gave me complete delegation and the first day I was able to
categorize them but now I can't. Every time I tried to categorize one of
her e-mails the systeme tells me that I have no authorization.

Outlook 2007? Then you need the permission on her calendar as well as
there's her master list stored, which your Outlook wants to read.
