I don't know how to "return to it". I know how to use it in each version of
Outlook.
I will guess that you have 2007 as it is flag focused. You can use
Categories in 2007. Right click an email and use the Categories selection
from the context sensitive menu that pops up. You can also Arrange by
Category and drag Emails fron None, into a Category grouping.
Turn on the Advanced Toolbar, drag the Categories field up beside Size and
start using it. It works much the same in other versions.
