The small amount information I can find about the quick click feature
indicates that it should toggle the quick click category on an item.
However, the behavior I am seeing is:
1) No category is set or the quick click category is set: quick click
toggles the quick click category on or off as expected.
2) Multiple categories are set (2 or more): quick click toggles the quick
click category on or off as expected
3) One category is set that is not the quick click category: quick click
removes the current category (so that no category is set), a second quick
click toggles the quick click category on.

Item 3 appears broken. Does any one have a solution for this? I am running
office 2007 w/SP1 on Vista.

That's interesting. For me, item 2 works like item 3 if I have only two
categories set. It works like you describe, if I have at least three
categories set.

If I use a the quick click option on an email with 2+ categories set, it
works as expected.

If I use it on an email with only 1 category set (the quick click category
would become the second) it doesn't work.
