y I have been looking for a solution to this question. I have a client that
has several categories, about 15, in his outlook contacts. What he would
like is to get thise categories to other users in the office, done, but also
get the categories to their mobile phones. I looked for some smaller apps
that might do it but no luck. They are W2K3 and E2K3 both SP-2.

Any ideas?

Depending on your Outlook version, there're different options to distribute
your categories to other users. See

for some more details.

Whether you can get categories to your mobile phone depends on the OS
running on the phone and probably also on whether or not the sync software
supports categories. (For instance, my phone with Windows 6 and ActiveSync
support categories.) However, that's not the resposibility of Outlook.
