It's buried in the FireMV section, just like 5.12 was.

I tried it but Video Overlay Control is restricted to the Clone Output,
which I presume is a restriction of the FireMV cards.

Sorry, but I'm not even sure what option you're talking about. It all seems
to work for me.

If you want to make changes to a video file being played, brightness etc, it
can be done using Video Overlay Control (normally), but most players now
have these controls anyway, and IMHO the VOC is buried in the settings too
far to make it useful.
