Hi,

I have entered many pieces of autotext and they are all grouped under
"body" which can be reached by clicking on "Insert"->"Autotext"-
>"body". May I ask how to group them under different names. For
example, I want to create a category called "friend" and so I can
access it by clicking on "Insert"->"Autotext"->"friend". Thanks.

AutoText entries are grouped according to the paragraph style that was
applied to the paragraph they were in when they were created.

So... if I create a paragraph style named Friend, and apply that style to a
bunch a text... then any AutoText entries I create using text formatted as
Friend will appear in the Friend category when I choose Insert - AutoText.
