Is it possible to place the names that show up when I click the address book
icon. I am using office 2007 enterprise? I figured out how to do it with
contacts, however the names that show up in the address book are not
catagorized.

The address book is a deprecated view that has no features and cannot be
configured. You are supposed to use the Contacts Folders, not the address
book view.
