ca't open attachment in outlook

's Computer Specifications

I cant open an attachment named NCF Advice.xls Microsoft outlook responds
with an error message "cant create file: NCF Advice.xls. Right click the
folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the
shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder." All other excel
files open.

did you try detaching the file and opening it from there
