Alas, still no official HDR + AA support in Oblivion. I don't understand why
it is taking ATi so long.

Why don't you searche for this file on the ati web site :
hotfix_xp-2k_oblivion.exe

ATI Tray Tools loads a lot faster than CCC. You also won't have the
momental black screen caused by the loading of CCC!
