Frankly, judging from the postings I've seen on the various MS Vista NGs to
date, I've no incentive to raise this issue there - at least for the time
being.
Yes, judging from our limited experience with querying FSS tech support re
their program, you're right about their prompt & forthcoming responses. So
that's a positive thing at the outset.
But I did want to gain some insight from impartial users like yourself whose
judgment I trust.
Anyway, as I've indicated, we've been impressed with at least their trial
version 4.0 and hopefully, along with some of our colleagues we'll most
likely give the commercial version a workout.
