Case Sensitive User Names and PW's

Is there anyway I can change the user name and passwords so they are not case sensitive. I'm in FP 2003 with FP2002 server extensions on my server. I have a parent web and several subwebs

This is control by the OS on the server, ask you host to change your login info.
