My server is a unix server and all files are case sensitive. Frontpage (or I) have managed to change cases of files through links and a lot of stuff is now messed up. The biggest I believe is the Themes. I already noticed that the themes file in VTI_CNF is capital while the themes file under _themes is lower case. Is there a way to fix all this without having to go file by file?

www.jimcoaddins.com/addins.aspx and get the Case Changer addin. This will
change all pages, folders and links to lower case.
The _vti* folders and files will take care of themselves - they are never
published between webs.

PS After you have run Case Changer and republished your site, you may want
to open the live site in FrontPage and delete any "duplicate" files that
may exist - FrontPage will not do this since it cannot see duplicate names
(case differences on Unix) when publishing from Windows to Unix (but it can
see them when publishing from Unix to Windows...)
