Sorry, those links don't work - it looks like they've been copied and pasted it from another forum or something similar, you'll have to repost the full URLs.

The LGA775 CPU will not fit into any of the motherboards there because they are all socket 478 and not the socket it requires.

at the moment the way to go is not the LGA775 because it requires DDR2 memory which at the moment can only run at CAS4 making the S478 faster...

Find the S478 version of the 3.0 prescott and put it in a P4P800 E Deluxe (faster than the P4C800 I875 canterwood) or a newer canterwood with all the features you want.

EVGA 680SLi Motherboard, Intel E6600 LGA775 3.4GHz OC'd, ATI Radeon HD 5850 1024Mb, 4Gb Corsair XMS C4 2x Matched Pairs, Samsung Spinpoint's 740Gb RAID 0 SATAII, Antec Three Hundred Case, Windows 7 Home Premium.

Isn't Intel very limiting ...

Yep, that's the one. It's a good motherboard. There's a more expensive version I believe with some added features, about £108.00, but that one should suit you just fine.
