Does Frontpage 2003 allow me to easily create cascading style sheets so
I can set the font size and keep the user from changing it by going to
View | Text Size | and selecting a size. I see many websites that
restrict the user from changing the font size.

Thanks,
Pete

Yes, but you really don't want to prhibit the viewer from changing the
size..... I'd leave immediately! Don't you want me to 'read' your site?

Hi Peter,

That is really something that you don't want to do because the purpose of having those commands is to allow the visually impaired a
way to adjust the text so they may read it or their screen readers.

Then you are using CSS backwards from how is it supposed to be used.

Why would you WANT to do that???

Probably because the page is broken when the text is resized.

I've seen many websites that restrict the user from increasing the font
size. One I found is:

http://tinyurl.com/83rgh

Maybe there not using CSS but something else.

Thanks,
Pete

And at 1280 x 1024 resolution like I use, it is almost impossible to read.

See www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/pages/resize.htm

A picture showing resized text in Internet Explorer and Firefox.

You cannot prevent text being resized. Full Stop.
They are using CSS.
