Cascading Folders on left side have disappeared

How do I restore the folders on the left side In Box etc? The file showing
takes the whole page.. TY

Do you see Local Folders, and nothing under it?
click on the small arrow to the left of it.

Do you not see any Local folders?
click on View - Layout
[x] Folder list
Apply
